Corporate Event Photography

Do you have a company event coming up? Whether it’s a conference, a reception, an anniversary, or team building day, having a professional photographer there to capture the event is a great idea. The images will be captured professionally and will make wonderful social media posts that make your company stand out from the crowd of mobile phone images out there. High quality, polished images also portray a professional firm.

I am a professional event photographer and regularly photograph conferences, receptions etc. My aim is to create images that document the event from beginning to end, showing all the various stages. As well as capturing the formal events, like talks, presentations, on stage events etc; I work in a documentary style and look to capture the natural atmosphere and interactions between attendees.

My rates (there are no extra charges on top) are:

• 2hrs (minimum): £295

• 1/2 day (4hrs): £495

• Full day (8hrs): £695

This price includes all the final, edited full resolution digital files. The final images will be edited and colour corrected, so can be used without delay. I work quickly to meet your deadline. I will provide a handful of images within 24 hours for social media, newsletters etc. The remaining images are usually ready within 3 days of the event. If images are required to a stricter deadline, then please do not hesitate to discuss this with me.

Here are some FAQs answering a few regular questions I am often asked:

Q: Do you have backup of your equipment?
A: Yes - I always carry backup of all my gear.

Q: Are you insured?
A: Yes - I have full public liability insurance, which is required by most venues.

Q: How do I pay you?
A: Payment is made online and due 28 days from the date of delivery of the final images.

Q: How will I receive my images?
A: I will initially send you a link to a private online gallery which has all the final images. You can share this link with everyone. Digital files will also be provided by Dropbox/WeTransfer.

Q: What do you wear at the event?
A: For formal conferences, I will wear a suit but for more relaxed events, I will wear smart/casual. However, if there is a specific dress code, please let me know.
